Hotel is old but nice, service on the restaurant seems a bit slow, and bar was deserted. They can get better. Location is good for work but not for leisure walks on the area

Nice quiet room, great facilities make your stay comfortable and cozy, the price is not exactly the best in the city, but believe me it worth every single penny, 100% recommended.
The interior spaces are very inviting. Great open feel, vintage architecture, with modern appointments. Rooms are modern, clean, efficient. The mix of materials throughout the property is very appealing. The menu selection at the restaurant is diverse, and the meal was very good in terms of presentation and palette. Being a coffee fiend I was very happy to see that they serve Starbucks.
Located near the GM Toluca factory, this unassuming hotel has a beautiful interior. Not too small and not too large, the size is just right for staff to know their regular guests. During December 2020, the pool was closed but the gym was not.
This is a nice hotel with a very friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable and for once in a long time while staying in a hotel, the thermostat worked and kept the room at a nice temperature. While the side roads nearby are rough and filled with potholes, the main ones were ok.
Almost everything was great. Except on their ad, it said we pick up from the airport but went I call them. The receptionist told me the van was full and couldn't pick us up from the airport. I call them 5 days before our arrival. Also, the Receptionist gives us the wrong our about the buffet.
Place us perfect for business and vacation purposes. Rooms are clean and comfy, AC is also available. Service at the counter is always kind and informative. The location is perfect for me in terms of business needs and you are about 20 mins from downtown. Overall this place gets a 5 ⭐ evaluation. What can be improved: The menu (in my consideration is a little bit limited), still good options. One topic that the hotel can't control are some of its guests, some of them make too much noise or have children that basically ignore all the hotel rules.
